Active Ageless Fitness is designed for adults 65+ and uses gentle, low-impact movements that protect your joints while improving mobility and strength. Every exercise can be modified to your comfort level, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.
Most participants notice improvements in balance, stability, mobility, and overall confidence within just a few weeks. Many also report reduced stiffness, better posture, increased energy, and feeling safer and stronger in their daily movements.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle and, if you would like, a towel. We provide all equipment needed — mats, blocks, straps, and chairs for support. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.
