We offer four yoga classes: Vitality Flow Yoga (gentle) with Marcia on Wednesdays at 9:30am, Vinyasa Creative Flow with Colleen on Wednesdays at 8:15am and Saturdays at 9:15am, Yin Yoga with Ania, and Chair Yoga for Seniors on Thursdays at 12pm with Ania.
