Holistic Healing Arts

Healing that moves through you — through words, through movement, through the living world. These are not classes. They are invitations back to yourself.

Some healing cannot happen in a treatment room. It needs a pen in your hand, bare feet on the earth, or a body finally allowed to move the way it has always wanted to. Holistic Healing Arts at Mindful Way Studio is where the analytical mind steps aside — and the deeper knowing takes over.

Expressive Arts

Journaling

Creative Process that Heals

"Let journaling be your path to finding calm, clarity, and the solutions you've been searching for."

There is a voice inside you that has been waiting to be heard — not by anyone else, but by you. It speaks in fragments, in feelings that don't have names yet, in the quiet ache of things left unsaid.

Guided journaling at Mindful Way Studio is not about writing perfectly. It is about writing honestly. Through techniques inspired by expressive arts pioneers like Natalie Rogers and grounded in the FOAT method (Focusing-Oriented Expressive Arts Therapy), each workshop creates a safe, unhurried space where your inner world can finally breathe.

You will leave lighter. Clearer. More yourself.

What you'll experience

  • Emotional release & processing
  • Clarity through mindful reflection
  • Empowerment & self-discovery
  • Resilience & inner strength

Ania Haas is a Certified FOAT Facilitator through the Focusing-Oriented Expressive Arts Institute since 2017.

Somatic Movement

Dance & Release™

A somatic journey into emotional freedom

"You've read the books. You've talked it through. But your body still holds the weight."

Some things cannot be thought away. They live in the tightness of your shoulders, the held breath before you speak, the exhaustion that sleep never quite fixes. Your body has been keeping score — and it is ready to let go.

Dance & Release™ is a 90-minute, trauma-informed somatic ceremony created by Ania Haas. Through breath, primal movement, layered soundscapes, and archetypal energy, you will shake out what words cannot reach — grief, anger, numbness, the weight of being strong for too long.

No dance experience. No performance. Just you, the music, and the profound intelligence of your own body finding its way back to freedom.

What you'll experience

  • Emotional release & nervous system regulation
  • Vagus nerve activation
  • Release of trapped grief, anger & fear
  • Reconnection to sensuality & embodied power
  • Boosted endorphins & improved mood
  • Mind-body-spirit integration

Created by Ania Haas — Board-Certified Coach, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Ritual Guide with 18+ years of transformative practice.

Ecotherapy

Nature Therapy

The earth has always known how to heal you

"Step outside the noise. Let the natural world do what it has always done — restore you."

Before there were therapists, there were forests. Before there were wellness studios, there were rivers, meadows, and the slow turning of seasons. Something ancient in you already knows this: nature heals.

Nature Therapy at Mindful Way Studio is a guided, intentional practice of returning to the natural world as a source of healing. Drawing from ecotherapy, forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), and somatic mindfulness, each session invites you to slow down, soften your senses, and let the living world meet you exactly where you are.

You do not need to hike. You do not need to be outdoors-savvy. You only need to be willing to arrive — and let the trees, the light, the birdsong, and the ground beneath your feet remind you of what you already are: whole.

What you'll experience

  • Cortisol reduction & stress relief
  • Nervous system restoration
  • Deepened presence & mindfulness
  • Emotional clarity & grounding
  • Reconnection to natural rhythms
  • Renewed sense of belonging

Sessions are guided by Ania Haas, integrating somatic awareness, mindfulness, and the evidence-based practice of ecotherapy.
