Mary is a competitive bodybuilder with a deep passion for the barre — and that combination is exactly what makes her classes unlike anything else. She brings serious strength, infectious energy, and a whole lot of fun to every session. Her classes fill up fast, and once you take one, you'll know why. Catch Mary for Barre Intensity on Mondays at 9am, Wednesdays at 10:45am, and Fridays at 9am.

Colleen's journey to the mat began as a personal practice and blossomed into a profound calling. Through her own experience of transformation — rebuilding strength, restoring balance, and discovering deep inner calm — she found a passion for guiding others through that same awakening. Colleen brings fresh energy, authenticity, and a beautifully creative approach to every class, crafting fluid sequences that link breath with movement and leave you feeling both grounded and alive. Fitness & Pilates Instructor
Renee brings a rare combination of precision and passion to every class. With a deep understanding of movement mechanics, she specializes in building strength, improving posture, and enhancing mobility — weaving classical Pilates principles together with modern functional training for workouts that are as intelligent as they are effective. Her approach is grounded in alignment, mindful movement, and a genuine belief in the mind-body-soul connection. Whether you're brand new to movement or a seasoned athlete, Renee meets you exactly where you are. Catch her on Mondays and Thursdays.

Yoga Instructor
Marcia's path to yoga began not in a studio, but in the quiet space that opened up after raising six children. A beach yoga class on vacation sparked something she couldn't ignore — and she never looked back. She completed her 200-hr YTT at Soma Yoga Institute in 2021, followed by a 300-hr training, and has since added certifications in restorative yoga, somatics, trauma-informed yoga, yin, yoga nidra, chair yoga, and sound healing. Marcia weaves gongs, crystal singing bowls, and percussion into many of her classes, creating an experience that is as deeply felt as it is beautifully heard. Her mission: to reach the people who never thought yoga was for them. Marcia teaches Vitality Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Restorative with Sound Healing) on Wednesdays at 9:30am.

Qigong & Yoga Instructor
Shaun has been immersed in the healing arts for over 25 years, first encountering Tai Chi and Qigong through his martial arts training at an early age. His yoga journey began in 1996 and led him to initiation into the Kundalini Maha Yoga tradition, followed by his 200-hr YTT. He blends yoga, Qigong, martial arts, and meditation into a uniquely grounded approach to personal development and empowerment — one that meets students exactly where they are. Shaun also offers Reiki. Join him for Qigong every Tuesday at 10am — a gentle, flowing practice often called "meditation in motion," perfect for all levels.

Dr. Kelly Geritano brings over 24 years of experience and a deeply patient-centered approach to her work. She specializes in musculoskeletal health — particularly chronic neck and low back pain — and blends evidence-based chiropractic care with integrative modalities including acupuncture, hypnosis, and natural fertility support. Her acupuncture practice draws on this time-tested tradition to relieve pain, restore balance, and enhance the body's innate healing capacity. Henry's path to wellness was shaped by years of travel across the country and the globe. By reconnecting with the gut — our "second brain" — and embracing sustainable habits, he transformed his body and mind, losing 20 lbs and reclaiming his energy and sense of balance. He found his true grounding through consistent yoga and time in nature. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Henry moves away from the "quick fix" and focuses on clipping away at daily habits to reveal your best self. Whether walking in nature or refining your nutrition, he is here to help the Mindful Way community realign the mind-body connection and nourish a more vibrant, balanced life.

Spirit Medium & Intuitive Reader
Alicja has been sensing souls since she was five or six years old — a gift she once assumed everyone shared. Since 2018 she has been consciously guiding conversations with those who have passed, bringing comfort through grief and helping people move forward with the understanding that our loved ones remain part of our journey. She offers private 60-minute Intuitive Spirit Mediumship Readings at Mindful Way Studio in both English and Polish, as well as monthly "Whispers Between Worlds" gatherings — a sacred two-hour space of guided connection, soul-nourishing conversation, and spirit communication. Each private session is $100.

Traci is a lifelong art enthusiast with a specialization in acrylic paint, pencil, and colored pencil. She brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love of the metaphysical and spiritual world to every class she leads. At Mindful Way Studio, Traci guides group art classes and private art parties — a joyful, expressive experience perfect for date nights, girls' nights, birthdays, and team gatherings.
